SP100 Automatic Sort-Pack System

The SP100 Sort-Pack System interfaces with a variety of Inspection and Sortation equipment to automatically package product after it has been inspected.

Operation:
  • Empty cartons are placed onto the In-feed Conveyor.

  • After a Carton has been filled, it is transferred and lifted to the Out-feed Conveyor at an ergonomic level to be sealed and palletized.

  • Utilizing a holding hopper, the SP100 allows your inspection equipment to continually run while the carton indexing process is taking place.
